Make sure you have measured the space that the furniture is to fit into. Remember to bring the measurements with you. We may have to charge if furniture does not fit and we have to bring it back. There is a donation required for each item of furniture to help towards the running costs of GFRC. This is variable depending on the items. This donation should be in cash, paid at the time the furniture is selected. Unfortunately, furniture cannot be reserved and we are unable to accept cash on delivery requests. It is not advisable to bring Children to the warehouse for safety reasons, so if possible please make alternative childcare arrangements. Deliveries only take place Tuesday - Friday 9:30am - 1:00pm Delivery can usually be arranged within two working days. The items will be placed in a ground floor room, unless of course you live in a flat. All our delivery teams are volunteers and as such we have to ensure their safety. Please understand that your chosen furniture may not always be placed exactly where you would like it. Items can only be obtained by the referred person for their sole use.
